The night got started with the CFP Monster Truck Wheelie Contest, getting the trucks warmed up for the night, and what a way to get any Monster Truck show started!  All of the trucks got awesome air over the single car ramp; however, it was Rick Long in Bigfoot that was able to turn it into a slap wheelie and took the win.  Unfortunately for Kevin King in Sudden Impact he landed so hard during his wheelie attempt that he broke an inner axle shaft. On the good side for the team, all the other teams and drivers were also thrashing to get sudden impact back for Qualifying, demonstrating just how tight nit the Monster Truck community is.  So to those competitors, CFP salutes you for being truly good sports and helping a fellow competitor out!

Sudden Impact would make it back for Qualifying, allowing King a spot in the Racing brackets.  Teammate Sean Duhon came out and set the Casper Events Center on FIRE with T-Maxx, making a blistering pass of 1.59 seconds, followed in a distance by Rick long in Bigfoot with a 2.05.  T-Maxx would be the one to watch!  Behind them it was Sudden Impact with a 2.09, Public Disturbance with a 2.14, Miss Monster Moose with a 2.19, and Monkey’n Around with a 2.29.

Moving onto Racing Round 1 saw Quick Qualifier Sean Duhon and T-Maxx defeat Monkey’n Around, Brad Campbell in Public Disturbance beat his own wife Jen Campbell in Miss Monster Moose, and Bigfoot beat out Monkey’n Around (Sudden Impact experienced more trouble and did not make Round 1 of Racing, allowing Monkey’n Around to come back).

Round 2 saw Bigfoot defeat Public Disturbance to move Bigfoot to the Finals, and Sudden Impact (getting things fixed) beat out Miss Monster Moose for the 4^th place spot.

In the Finals it was Quick Qualifier Sean Duhon who made it happen.  He was able to defeat Rick Long and Bigfoot in the Finals for the Racing win!

For Freestyle the CFP Crew made it happen once again, as there were 2 van stacks, a 3 car set and a wheelie car for Freestyle!  What a way to end a show! All the trucks and drivers let it all hang out, as they all needed the points for Pocatello finals in April.  These guys definitely did NOT disappoint!

Bigfoot came away with the Freestyle win, scoring a perfect 30.  Sudden Impact was close behind with a 28, as was team truck T-Maxx with a 27.  Public Disturbance came in with a 27, and Miss Monster Moose came in with a 23.  Rounding out the field was Steven Hill in Monkey’n Around with a 19.
