Friday January 4
The
Cincinnati, OH Monster Truck Winter Nationals would see the Louisiana Sudden
Impact Racing Team (SIR) take 3 out of the 4 event wins, with Sean Duhon
winning Racing BOTH nights and Kevin King in the Sudden Impact ride winning
Freestyle Friday night. Duhon came close to making it a complete SIR
winning weekend, placing 2nd in Freestyle on Saturday night...just 1 spot
away! The Racing was close, and the Freestyle action was hot!
Other
notable highlights came from Mark Hall in the RAMinator Dodge, coming in as
the runner up in Racing both nights and having a fair showing in Freestyle
throughout the weekend. Keith Sturgeon in Bigfoot had some problems
over the weekend, but was able to place 3rd in both Racing and Freestyle
Saturday night, and let people know that he would be one to watch out for a
little later on in the season, as did Shelley Kujat in the awesome Shell
Camino Monster Truck; a big bad Chevy el Camino that made its CFP debut here
in Cincinnati!
